Cutting down on cooking time using leftovers



Today on the menu for supper was crock pot roast, mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. When all was said and done there was quite a bit of meat left so I saved some for sandwiches (in the plastic container on top of the eggs) and the rest I threw back into the juices and added some veggies and topped it up with water. It'll be soup for tomorrow. It's now sitting happily in the fridge waiting for tomorrow!
