Easy bacon and hasbrowns

This was a real nice change from our regular Saturday breakfast!!!

I fried a package of sliced bacon (small cubes) then added enough hash browns (not the Pattie kind but loose hash browns) and fried them stirring often until they were browned and crispy. Then I removed them with a slotted spoon to drain off the extra fat and placed them in a paper towel lined, deep tray. The paper towel also soaks up any additional fat. A good sprinkling of salt and we ate this with blueberry pancakes on Saturday morning.

Simple, easy and tastes good!!
