chewy chocolate cookie recipe~

Here are the cookies we baked yesterday.... cold wintry days call for freshly baked cookies and milk...don't you think? I enjoy the cozy feeling winter brings...a warm home and fresh baked goods on the counter!


Chewy chocolate cookies

Ingredients:
~2 1/2 cups butter or margarine
~3 1/2 sugar
~4 eggs
~3 tsp vanilla
~1 cup cocoa
~4 cups flour
~2 tsp baking soda
~3 cups chocolate chips


Method:


In a large bowl beat the eggs with a whisk. Then add all the wet ingredients, sugar and cocoa. Blend well and add the rest of the ingredients. Drop by heaping teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350F for about 6 minutes. Do not over bake!!!
These cookies are nice and chewy:)
