gluten dairy egg free banana chocolate chip muffins AND A GIVEAWAY!!!!!!!!!!

This was so yummy!!!! I urge you to try it! The gluten free flour mix used in this recipe is found in the sidebar.


1/3 cup apple sauce

2 ripe mashed bananas

1/4 cup rice milk

1/4 cup oil

1/4 cup agave nectar

1 cup brown rice flour mix

1/2 tbs gluten free baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp xanthan gum

pinch of salt

1 cup dairy free chocolate chips

350F about 20 minutes.

I read Dr. Laura's book... I think it's called The Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands. I enjoyed it! This one looks great too. =)

I live in Europe so I won't participate!
But do you know we don't have chocolate chips?
And the few times you might put your hands on them they are sooooooooo
expensive taht you just live without them!!!

I'd love to read her book! I have two of her other ones and they literally changed my world regarding my husband. To this day, I am eternally grateful that I read especially the first one. I would link to your blog but as you know, it's private for now so...wouldn't do much good. =)
