Great recipe! We are not gluten free, but this recipe looks so good I want to try it anyway!

I like your daily musts, they sound like mine. =) Those cookies sound so delicious! So how do you do that - they are "ok" for you on your diet so to speak - but you still have to eat them in moderation, right? I'm asking because on raw you can make cookies and eat them all day for breakfast lunch and dinner because they're totally made of raw food that is nutritious. But you can still gain weight on gluten/dairy/egg free if you eat too much, right?

Sherah....I stopped worrying about weight and started listening to my body...it tells me when to stop and what to eat and when and as a result I don't think about food, diets, my butt size:) and lost 5 pounds....now I may or may not loose more...it's up to my body but that's fine by me. My mom isn't skinny, my grandmothers on both sides were NOT skinny and in fact my aunts aren't skinny either....so I am genetically predisposed to non~skinnyness:):) Seeing as to how non skinny my family is....I'm the ultimate skinny minnie :) I am LIVING!
So yes I don't eat them all day but have...and for some reason was not hungry at all the next day and didn't eat much....so it balances out:)

Gluten free pumpkin muffins

These fluffy  muffins are gluten free, dairy free  and not overly sweet. The pecans on the top add a nice crunch.  You could also just omit ...
