All you need is chicken breast, water, vegeta seasoning and soup noodles!
Boil the chicken breast pieces in abundant water skimming off the foam from the top then reducing the heat to a simmer. Add vegeta to taste, cover and cook until chicken is tender. Remove chicken, shred and put back into the broth. Mix in some precooked noodles and you have lunch ready!!!!!! Serve with crackers.
Kids love it!!!!!!!!!!
PS: Vegeta is an Italian vegetable seasoning found in the spices ihle at your grocery store.

yum looks tastey! i had a question for you, i cannot seem to find xanthan gum anywhere, do i have to get this at a gluten free store? thank you!
Your health foods store should have it...that's where I get mine. Remember: the gluten free recipes on this site are clearly marked gluten free. Any recipe that is not marked as such is a regular recipe and not for gluten free people!
okay! thanks so much....and yah i like your other recipes as well, for us that aren't gluten free! :)
Yum. I love your website. My husband is from Szeged, so he loves when I give him a taste of home when I can. Just an aside, vegeta is jugoslav.
