- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 grated apples
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp cinnamon
First beat your eggs then add all the wet ingredients. Mix well and add the dry ingredients. Mix well and drop with a 1/4 cup measuring cup onto a preheated, greased griddle. Cook both sides until golden in colour.
Serve with butter and syrup and bacon or sausage if desired.
