Ingredients:
- 2 cups long grain rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 5 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Method:
Combime rice, water amd cinnamon in pot. Cover and breing to a boil. REduce heat and simmer until rice id tender.
Meanwhile heat milk and add sugar, raisins and salt. Add to rice and bring to a boil.
In a seperate bowl beat eggs and add vanilla. Then add about 1/2 cup of hot rice to eggs and stir. Add this to your pot and cook and stir for a few minutes. Enjoy warm or cold! Makes a good breakfast.

Hey, that's not fair! I was going to post a recipe for rice pudding myself today! Even took pictures of it at breakfast. Now I'll have to wait a while to share. :)
