This is a delicious, hearty topping for pancakes, waffles or crepes.
Blueberry sauce
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 cup water
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Bring blueberries and water to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer until berries are soft. In the meantime put flour in an empty jar and pour milk on top. Witht he lid on shake the contents super well until the flour and milk all well blended. Pour into simmering blueberries stirring constantly until thickened. you can adjust the thickness by adding a little more milk. Next stir in the sugar and vanilla and you are done!
