Ingredients:
- 8-10 slices of steak
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup bacon fat or oil (if you fry bacon, save the fat!)
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs mustard
- 4 tbs steak spice
- 1/2 cup water
Method:
In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients for the sauce and mix well. place all the meat into the bowl and mix around until all your steak slices are thoroughly coated with the sauce. Cover bowl and allow meat to marinate for a few hours in the fridge. The longer the better.
Preheat your barbecue and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side adjusting the time according to how you like your steak prepared (rare, medium rare etc) DO NOT OVERCOOK!!!! You want your steak to remain tender! Serve immediately

A very Happy Mother's Day to you.
Somehow I cleaned my computer just as you were switching blogs (again -insert smile) and I've lost it. Would love to keep visiting you. I'm used to seeing your little people grow up now. :-)
