
Ingredients:
meatballs:
~1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
~2 eggs
~1 cup bread crumbs
~1 tsp salt
~1 tsp garlic powder
~1 tsp black pepper
sauce:
~1/3 cup vinegar
~1 cup brown sugar
~1 cup ketchup
~1 cup water
~1 tsp salt
Method:
Blend the meatball ingredients well and form into 1 inch balls. In a pan with a little oil brown meatballs on all sides then pour into a baking pan.
Pour the sauce mixture on top and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Serve over chow mein or rice!!! Enjoy!
