5 minute, healthy brownie balls

This recipe is so quick to make you simply must try it!

1/2 cup raw pecans ground ( I did mine in coffee grinder... Like a 2 minute job!)

1/2 cup dates ground up ( also in grinder) or if you are using honey dates it's easy to smash them with your fingers

1/8 cup carob powder

1/2 tbs water

Blend it all together with your hands until the entire mixture is sticky and moist ( u can add more water of needed)

Form little balls ( makes about 7)

Chill in fridge

The end.
Super fast
Unprocessed
No wheat, dairy, eggs or even oil!!!
You can double it if u want

Not sure if you remember me but I followed your blog for a long time... Then I get distracted and forget to read and blog myself! :(
Anyway, was just wondering if you still have your other blog about your family?? I tried to look but it said page was unavailable!?
Hope you are all well , your recipes are DEVINE!! :)
Take care, Stace xx
