~Hungarian beef stew~

This is a really delicious way to prepare stewing meat. Slow cooking it all day adds flavour as well as making the meat super tender. It is prepared the same way as chicken paprikas minus the sour cream. Also you have to cut the meat into bite sized chunks before cooking. As far as adding water, you need to add about 2 cups or less if your crockpot is not just about full of meat like mine:). A lot of the juices will be from your meat as it cooks. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes , pasta or homemade dumplings. Enjoy!
