I do~ Mine is easy but I don't know if it's what your looking for...
The good thing is, it only makes one loaf, soooooo if you don't like it you only have one to finish, the next best thing is you can always double, or triple the recipe , it's a recipe that I've used for almost 11 years now and if some one says they CAN"T make bread I say oh yes you can try this!!
So here it is maybe you'll like it maybe you won't ;O)
1 1/4 cups warm water
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon sugar
Mix and let sit till bubbly or dissolved
Add 1 Tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups flour, I use white, but I also use some wheat with my white if I want too!!
Mix and let rise until double, punch down and shape into loaves and let rise again until double bake 20 minutes at 350*
Maybe it's just normal bread, but it was passed down to me as french bread :O)

I've made two rounds of french bread from allreceipies and they weren't great and were like working with glue.
I'll be waiting for a good one!
