~Cream puffs~




In my case they were filled with noutella! Yum!! These are really easy to make and can be filled with flavoured whipped cream for the yummiest result but you can always cheat like me:)


~1 1/2 cups flour

~3 tsp baking powder

~1 tsp sugar

pinch of salt

~1/2 cup butter

~1 cup water

~3 eggs


stir the first 4 ingredients together and set aside. Bring the butter and water to a boil and stir until melted. remove from heat and stir in flour mixture all at once. Stir and cook until mixture forms a mass, leaving the sides of the pot. Cool for about 5 min and add eggs one at a time stirring well after each egg. Drop in egg size mounds, for large cream puffs, and smaller mounds for mini puffs, on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 until delicately golden(about 20 min). If your oven gets super hot like mine...reduce the heat:). When cooled, make slit int he sides and fill with flavoured whipped cream, pudding, or noutella....OR a combination of pudding and whipped cream! YUM:)
