Homemade granola

This stuff is the bomb! Let me know if you make it!

HOMEMADE GRANOLA

7 cups quick oats
3 cups pumpkin seeds
2 cups unsalted sunflower seeds
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 cup raisins
1/8 cup cinnamon
1 cup honey
1/4 cup melted butter

Mix up all the dry ingredients then add the honey. Mix super thoroughly until everything is coated with it then add the melted butter and mix super well again. It will look something like this:

Divide evenly amongst 3 parchment paper lined cookie sheets

And bake in a 350 F oven for 10 min.  Take out and mix the granola mixture thoroughly making sure to get the toasted edges incorporated into the middle. Make sure the mixture is nicely spread out and bake for 10 more min. It should end up looking slightly over toasted. Don’t panic! This makes it so the granola is chewy and crunchy a bit, which is very nice! Allow granola to cool completely before storing.

Serve with milk or almond milk and a dollop if yogurt if desired :)
