New and improved gluten dairy egg free brownies!!



Here is my new and improved brownie recipe..chocolatier and more moist! Give it a try...you wont be disappointed!:)

Chewy brownies


2/3 cup thick apple sauce

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/3 cup pure cocoa powder

2/3 cup brown rice flour mix

2 squares of pure bakers chocolate grated

pinch of salt

1/2 tsp xanthan gum


1/2 tsp gluten free baking powder


1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)


Mix all wet ingredients then add the dry ingredients and mix super well. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan and bake until done (I baked mine about 20 minutes or so at 350F but each oven varies. do not over bake:)
