A quick gf square

We had a good busy week! Not without challenges but great nevertheless!!
The picture above are some squares I whipped up for myself about a week or two go, just never posted about it:)
Quick squares
For the base you can use 1 cup of prepared gf biscuit mix(store bought or make your own) then top it with
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup raisins
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup dairy free chocolate chips or 2 tbs pure cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
enough water to make a slightly sticky mixture (a few tbs worth)
Press the biscuit batter into the bottom of a greased 8X8 pan then spread the topping on top. Bake fr about 15 minutes. Chill before cutting! Great straight out of the freezer!
