~Strawberry sauce~


A delicious, festive breakfast served on crepes with homemade custard.

15 frozen strawberries
1 cup water

bring to a boil,reduce heat and simmer covered until strawberries are tender then crush them with a potato masher

In an empty jar shake up until blended and smooth:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup milk

slowly mix into simmering strawberry mixture and keep stirring and simmering until thickened. If too thick add a bit more milk:)
