
Filled with our homemade strawberry sauce...it's soooo delicious!!!

3 cups milk
2 tbs oil
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
2 cups flour
Blend all ingredients well. Preheat a lightly greased 10 inch frying pan and spoon one laddle full of batter into it. Lift and tilt the pan to spread the batter. Crepe is ready to flip when edges are slightly golden. Cook very briefly on the other side.
Spread with homemade strawberry sauce (or whipped cream and custard YUM!) and roll up.
