Strawberry banana milkshake

Strawberry banana milkshake

Ingredients:
~1/2 blender full of frozen strawberries
~3 bananas broken into 3's
~milk to fill to the top of the blender

Method:
Place frozen strawberries in the bottom of your blender. Then add bananas and top up with milk. Blend on "ice crush" setting for about 30 seconds then continue to blend on "liquify" or "blend" setting for about 30 more seconds or until mixture is a thick yet pourable consistency. you may adjust the consistency by adding more milk.
Pour into glasses or mugs and enjoy!

Looks yummy, I will have to see how it is with almond or rice milk! :) And by the way, we tried your pancake and syrup recipe last night for dinner and it was so yummy! I added blueberries and my little man loved them! Thanks for all your recipes it is so helpful, and they are so fun to try! :)

Gluten free pumpkin muffins

These fluffy  muffins are gluten free, dairy free  and not overly sweet. The pecans on the top add a nice crunch.  You could also just omit ...
