My kids love fruit salad!!! I often serve it with homemade pizza(recipe to come) The base ingredients of this particular fruit salad is crushed strawberries. It really makes the salad!! Next is blueberries and bananas. Both of which add sweetness and no additional sugar is needed. After you've made the base of your fruit salad, go ahead and add whatever else you have at home. Any fruit will do as long as it's not a citrus fruit. In this fruit salad below I've added chopped plums and apples to the base. The next step is to add about 1/2 cup of whipping cream. Mix well and you're done!! We especiall love eating this served as a side dish to homemade PIZZA! Enjoy!
