I made these AMAZING cup~cakes for my little girls birthday today! The recipe is from Virginia and you can find it by clicking HERE I'm telling ya...they are light and fluffy just like the ones you make from a cake mix...except it's from scratch! Go check out the recipe! 
I also tried Virginia's bread and YUM! It's nice and moist! Delicious! If you have a lot of buttermilk that needs using up..this recipe is a good one to try:) You can find it by clicking HERE
