These are SO delicious and good for you at the same time. That's pretty good for chips don't you think?
What you do is you spray a cookie sheet with a thin coat of Pam.
Then you peel and slice a sweet potato super thinly. I used a veggie slicer to do this because slicing them that thin would be pretty much impossible by hand.
Then you put the slices in a single layer on the pan and bake in the oven for about 15-20 min. I baked it at 400 but all ovens are a little different! I know this because my oven here at our new home is slower.
Make sure you really watch the process toward the last 5 min or so as they do burn if left in there too long.
When done, let them cool, then sprinkle with sea salt to taste. Yum!
