Fat free sweet potato chips

These are SO delicious and good for you at the same time. That's pretty good for chips don't you think?
What you do is you spray a cookie sheet with a thin coat of Pam.

Then you peel and slice a sweet potato super thinly. I used a veggie slicer to do this because slicing them that thin would be pretty much impossible by hand.

Then you put the slices in a single layer on the pan and bake in the oven for about 15-20 min. I baked it at 400 but all ovens are a little different! I know this because my oven here at our new home is slower.

Make sure you really watch the process toward the last 5 min or so as they do burn if left in there too long.

When done, let them cool, then sprinkle with sea salt to taste. Yum!
