~Beef Veggie soup~

Ingredients: ~beef soup bones (a GENEROUS amount) ~4 large carrots peled and cut small ~1 chopped onion ~2 cups of kidney beans (soaked in water over night and drained) ~3 ribs of chopped celery ~salt, pepper, garlic powder and vegeta to taste. ~water (of course:) to fill the pot Method: Place soup bones in a pot and fill with hot water. Bring to a boil and let it boil for a few minutes while you skim off the foam. Reduce heat and simmer for about 2hrs. Add all other ingredients and cook until all the veggies are tender. Remove bones and pick off any meat and return into the soup. Add cooked soup noodles and you're good to go! Enjoy!
