Chocolate raspberry crumble goodness:)
These bars turned out so delicious that I just HAVE to share the recipe on this site:) I enjoyed making this and it's so simple to do!
Chocolate Raspberry crumble bars
1 cup butter
2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 can condensed milk
1 cup raspberry jam
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnut crumbs
Mix the first 3 ingredients until the mixture resembles small crumbs. Sprinkle half the crumbs into a well greased 9x13 pan and press down firmly with your hand. Bake at 350F for about 8-10 minutes~until it looks ALMOST done.
Heat the next 3 ingredients until melted and spread on baked base. Mix the rest of the crumbs with the walnuts and sprinkle on top of the filling. Gently pat down with hand and bake at 350F for about 10 minutes or so.
Chill thoroughly before cutting! Enjoy!
