A lovely day so far and tuna salad recipe...

Here is a yummy change from lunch meat! I made this for lunch and served it on delicious white buns! It was such a nice treat!

Tuna salad

Ingredients:

~3 cans tuna~drained in the sink in a strainer. I usually press out the extra liquid with a fork. This helps to make you tuna taste less "fishy"

~3/4 cup mayonnaise~adjust according to how moist you want your tuna to be. We like it moist but then don't put any mayonnaise on the bread

~1 large carrot peeled and grated finely

~3-4 green onions chopped OR 1/2 a regular onion diced

~salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread desired amount on bread. Enjoy!

And now I gotta think on dinner...I have ground beef defrosted sooooooooooooooo......
