This dish may not look like anything special but my kids liked it and so did I!!!
Creamy beef bake
1 pound lean ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups cream cheese softened
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups frozen corn
about 4 cups lightly boiled and drained chow mien noodles ( I didn't really measure the noodles but made enough that would feed my family)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Brown beef with onions and do NOT drain. Mash milk and cream cheese together until well blended and mix in the mushroom soup, corn, salt and pepper. Mix together with the beef then the noodles and bake covered in a 9x13 pan for about 40min (350F). Serve with salad. Enjoy!
