Over at Gluten free Gathering blog....she posted her recipe for making 2 full loaves of gluten, dairy, egg free bread. I tried her recipe with success! what I liked about it most was how soft the inside remains. Since it was yummy so I thought I'd pass along the recipe to all of you who might need it.
