~Fruit dip~

fruit dipHere is the fruit dip I made the other day. My kids gobbled up all their apple slices because of it so it was worth making:) I sent this same dip along with my kids to an event and everyone liked it a lot! At least that's what I heard back:)

I melted half a block of cream cheese (1 block is 250g) with a tablespoon of butter and about 1 cup brown sugar (you can adjust the sugar according to how sweet you want the dip to be!) and a teaspoon of vanilla extract and a 3/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix and melt with a wire whisk until everything is blended and smooth. DONE....easy enough? It tastes great served warm with cold fruit! YUM!!:)
