~Easy tarts~


Using store bought tart shells from my freezer this was a very easy desert to whip up to satisfy all the sweettooths in my house.

Easy tart filling

4 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
2 tbs butter or margarine
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups raisins
1 cup coconut or walnuts(walnuts are better)
2 tbs flour
1/2 tsp baking soda

Mix all ingredients and fill each tart shell to just under the "rim". Bake in 350F oven for about 15 minutes or until done. Enjoy!
