Stawberry rhubarb pie filling

So delicious, so moist, so melt in your mouth!!!
Strawberry Rhubarb pie filling

4 cups sliced rhubarb
4 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla

Mix well and pour into 2 pie shells. Bake covered with tinfoil in a 350F oven until crust turns golden and filling slightly thickenes. Serve with whipped cream/ice cream or as pictured...with a sprinkling of icing sugar!! Enjoy!!

PS: I used frozen strawberries and rhubarb I froze presliced in little Ziploc bags. A great way to put up rhubarb!!!

You are AMAZING. I KNOW you do not want to hear that, but it's true. I can hardly believe you make all these wonderful treats so often. Plus, you are not even close to fat. I gain just reading this.

ha ha no I don't bake every day (just like 3 times a week).I know it looks like I do every day....and my allergies take care of me not getting too fat:):):) But also...I'm reposting all my old recipes so that's why the frequent food posts.
